我终于知道为什么了，我这么累！
我这一天天的，客户没联系几个，单也没开。老板也不催也不开会也不批评。。
今天我百度了原因，我是不是该辞职了！
你有没有一种感觉，就算自己摸鱼了一天，回到家里还是觉得身心俱疲。明明自己一天什么也没干，但为什么我们越来越累了呢？
原因也许就在于：单调性和不确定性，这看似矛盾的两者，形成了两道巨大的枷锁，牢牢地困住了我们。
一方面，我们的生活太过单调，太过一成不变，每一天几乎都能看得一清二楚，都在重复自己过往的模式，缺乏意外和惊喜，也缺乏能够吸引你为之奋斗的目标。
首先是因为工作把我们异化了，在庞大的生产体系中，我们只是位于生产流程上的一个环节、一种手段，我们的主动性和创造性被剥夺，环节前后是什么与我们无关，我们也并不了解，只是机械地按照既定规则进行自己的工作，最终沦为一个功能性的组件。在循环重复的工作里，我们越来越感觉不到自己存在的价值，在一个早就被决定好的位置，被赋予了该有的功能，随时随地都可以被替代。
能够经常摸鱼的工作，证明了工作的可取代性和内容的单调性。
另外一个方面，在于摸鱼是一件没有什么成就感的事情，摸了，但你得不出什么成果，很少有人摸着摸着成为下一个乔布斯。
英国的心理学家霍奇通过对护士的研究发现结果发现，最不容易感到疲惫的护士，不是体力活做得最少的，也不是那些主观认为工作轻松的，而是那些觉得自己能掌控工作、从工作中获得最大满足感的，工作动力让她们充满活力。霍奇也认为，不是工作本身造成疲劳，而是“不想努力但被强加了目标”的感觉令人疲惫。
工作中的“意义感”早就被证实是工作动机的主要来源，如果你一想到工作就完全提不起兴趣，除了坐等发工资没啥盼头，工作内容枯燥毫无波澜.....那么不管是碌碌无为的瞎忙，还是游手好闲的无聊，长期这样做会产生“我是谁我在哪我到底在干啥”的自我怀疑和焦虑情绪。
